You’re ready to make a change.
Therapy to support Women’s Mental Health
Do you feel like you get pressure from every direction and there’s no time for what you need and want?
Are you ready to live authentically and unapologetically?
I support women in their journey toward understanding and changing outdated beliefs and behaviors, limiting self-perceptions, and ineffective patterns that can block their fullest potential. By illuminating opportunities for engaging a new way of living life, I can help guide you to connecting to the life you want and help you learn how to reconnect to a more meaningful, purposeful, and peaceful way of living.
I can help you…
Access deeper self-understanding that allows for enhanced clarity and confidence in choosing how to connect to your best life.
Cultivate inner balance, strength, and flexibility, enabling you to better navigate the difficult moments of life while simultaneously allowing you more intimate access for savoring the simple and precious parts of each day.
Understand your nervous system and why you might default to certain patterns such as people pleasing or fawning, and how to make changes at a pace that feels safe for you.
Figure out what you need and want.
Find your voice and speak authentically.
Experience the fullness of what it means to show up for yourself in the varied domains of your one unique life.
Let’s get clear on some things that you do want now and how to get there.
You’re ready to find some balance.
How therapy works
You can learn how to get to a life you want or feel better in the life that you have.
I can help you identify what matters most to you, what you want to be doing differently, and what is getting in the way. There are skills and resources that create resilience and allow us to be able to care for ourselves and others.
Let’s get real about self care and set realistic expectations without the cliches or toxic positivity. It’s okay to feel all of the vibes — even ones that aren’t so good. Life is hard but it doesn’t have to be this hard. We will identify your strengths, build on them, and learn new skills.
We hear that being selfless and strong are the highest compliments for a woman, but it’s okay to give yourself a break from that and take care of yourself while also showing up in all of the areas of your life.
All of this can feel even more difficult for those who identify as introverts, empaths, chronic people pleasers, and highly sensitive persons (HSPs). I see you and I am here to support you.
As a member of The Menopause Society, I am committed to continuing education in the areas of premenopause, perimenopause, and postmenopause to help you understand what's happening in your body.
