Change can be challenging.
Online therapy for support through life transitions
Do you feel the need to make a change or are you in the middle of one?
Every transition - even the most positive ones - involves some kind of loss.
Sometimes life throws changes at us that we did not expect or want, and sometimes it’s a change that we want but we are surprised by how difficult it feels. We might be happy about a change but others in our life are not happy for us.
Find support in navigating through wanted or unwanted transitions — new or ending relationships, career or school changes, faith transitions and religious trauma, grief, retirement, and more.
With supportive therapy you can:
Learn to find strength within yourself to cope with difficulties
Receive much needed support and compassion
Learn skills to cope with anxiety, stress, or sadness that might accompany a life change

Change can be challenging. We all need support through life transitions.
How therapy works
Support through transitions can be helpful whether it’s a change you wanted or not.
I want to hear your story and understand the changes you are experiencing and any concerns that you have. It can be helpful to talk with someone who is not also experiencing this with you. When I understand your story we will look at what you feel like you need right now and what will be most helpful — whether that is having someone to listen and support, learn coping skills, or help you think through what next steps you need to take.
Life transitions can involve grief and loss, changes in support systems, added stressors, anxiety, sadness, anger, and sometimes joy and peace. I’m here to support you as you navigate through the complexity of your transition.
