Hi, I’m jen.

I specialize in helping women who are struggling with anxiety and burnout, especially in the perimenopause - menopause transition get clear on what matters most at this stage of life, stop feeling overwhelmed and unfulfilled, live authentically, and thrive. 

Many of my clients come to me because their experiences—whether as a woman entering perimenopause or a professional in higher education, medicine, or mental health—feel like they are struggling more than they should be or aren’t being taken seriously. As a therapist with deep expertise in each of the demographics I support, I offer them a space where they don’t have to explain themselves and where they can receive the validation, skills, and insight they need to truly feel better.

My approach to therapy is strengths-based and focuses on resilience and empowerment. You are the expert in your life, and all your identities—cultural, ethnic, gender, career—are of the utmost importance. My goal is to create a safe space in which you feel authentically seen and heard. Your values will inform our sessions as we work to better understand you, the context of your life, and what you need to heal, grow, or change.
